Information used to operate an account
When a customer creates an RTCExpress account, the service uses the email address, optional name, optional company or product name, password hash, account and project identifiers, and account activity needed to operate the portal.
Service and diagnostic data
The platform may process technical event data needed for real-time communication and troubleshooting, such as project ID, room ID, call ID, timestamps, delivery outcomes, and connection-quality information. Customers control the user identity and content handled by their own product.
How to request help or deletion
For account questions or deletion requests, email support@devsquarelabs.com from the account email address. Before collecting personal data from customers or end users, obtain a reviewed privacy policy, retention schedule, and data-processing terms appropriate to your jurisdiction.
Cookies and changes
The public site does not describe analytics or advertising cookies as enabled. If cookies, analytics, payment providers, or support tools are added, update this policy before enabling them. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date.
