These launch-stage terms describe the basic rules for using RTCExpress. They require legal review and replacement with approved terms for the service before paid customer onboarding.

Service operator
RTCExpress is a software service developed and operated by an individual, not an incorporated company. For questions about the service, contact support@devsquarelabs.com.
Use of the service
You may use RTCExpress to evaluate and build real-time features for lawful applications. You must protect your account credentials, comply with applicable laws, and obtain permissions or consent required for your product.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your users, content, application security, room access rules, notices, consents, and any recording or notification workflows you enable. Do not use the service to transmit credentials, abuse network resources, or violate another person's rights.
Plans and payments
Plan availability and usage information shown in the portal are operational information. Paid plans and payment collection are not active until RTCExpress publishes approved pricing, billing terms, and a payment flow.
Availability and support
During this launch stage, the service is provided without a service-level agreement or guaranteed uptime. Contact support for assistance and test your application carefully before relying on it for critical communications.
Before commercial use
These terms are not a substitute for legal advice. The individual operating RTCExpress must replace them with counsel-approved terms, a privacy policy, and applicable customer agreements before accepting paid customers.
